Shipping Methods:

We offer the following shipping methods:

  1. Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 3-4 business days, 7 the latest depending on our inventor. 
  2. Local Delivery: Available for customers within NYC/Syracuse (currently) . Orders are delivered to your doorstep within 2-3 business days.
  3. Local Pickup: Orders can be picked up at our designated pickup location at location given personally during our business hours.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided during checkout for more accurate information.

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (picture and/or video).
  • You must contact us at reveapparelnyc@gmail.com to initiate the return process.

How to Start a Return:

To start a return, please contact us at reveapparelnyc@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
